The ?good ones aren't cheap, cheap ones aren't good? mantra may ring true for sofas and shoes, but hair salons can now be in a league of their own. With all cuts clocking in at under $40 (inclusive of an ice cold Lone Star brew upon arrival), Birds Barbershop has quickly become an Austin staple for everyone from tattooed trannies (we've seen `em) to can't-be-but-wanna-be Anna Wintours.
