They don't care. Our house was built and woods heating and air conditioning installed the hvac system. Well, the system would not cool down the house in the summer time. They made several attempts at resoving the problems by changing the plemum chamber and reouting ducts. To no avail. The system would have to run continously for two days before it could cool to 76 degrees. In the summer it sometimes goes to 82 degrees, we have the thermostat set on 78. Just poor performance. The heater on the other hand is suffice. We finally ran out of breath from calling them to fix the concern......
