Inconsistent cleaning caused by constant changing crew's! I used this service several times and always noticed how many items on their check-list were "skipped". When asked to re-clean I was always given "attitude" and excuses by the owner and company. Not only were most of the workers lazy, but many spoke no English! I expected more as I had heard good things, but was often let down by Tracey Cleaning not taking responsibility for their actions. I also tried their "green" (read:eco-friendly) carpet cleaning--don't fall for it! My stains came back in less then one month!

Cons: NOT DEPENDABLE--in any way!

I used Tracy Cleaning Service to clean my carpets with their green clean system and window clean inside and out. I did my research and felt confident I had made the right choice using Tracy. They have been around forever and I can see why. When the crew came to my home they were extremely professional and the quality of service was fantastic. I really didn't think my carpets were that dirty until they cleaned them. I am glad my wife decided to do the package special. I would highly recommend Tracy Cleaning Service to anyone who wants the job done right and at a fair price. Thanks Tracy!!
