My dream dress. Serendipity saved my wedding day. I had the design for my dress picked out and ready to go, BUT two weeks before the big day I like the rest of the world saw Kate Middleton's wedding dress. I got so many ideas from her dress that I wanted to make several alterations on my own dress. Serendipity worked long and hard with me to make the changes that I wanted..they were VERY patient, polite, and understanding (even when I was acting like bridezilla). They are awesome!

Love her!. Olga was beyond helpful. She knew exactly what style would be best but "let us" pick our favorites even though she knew they wouldn't work :) Not the typical experience where the consultant "insists" she knows best. She sweetly led us to a beautiful gown! Love her!

Everyone was wonderful!. Everyone was wonderful! Linda was especially great! So sweet and helpful. The entire staff truly wanted you to have the best experience and they wanted me to find the perfect dress! Went to unbridaled and the service was such a disappointment compared to serenditpity.
