They have poor customer service. I was told on the phone that they could tell me my diopter from my existing glasses and would do so for no charge. This would enable me to get some swimming goggles that would help me see while swimming.

When I arrived at the store, I was then informed that they would not do it, and that I needed to see a doctor for a prescription. I wouldn't have minded if that was what they had told me on the phone.

I will be getting my next set of glasses elsewhere.

Very fast service, Hassle free return, thanks!. I went to Eyemasters because I needed affordable lenses fast, as I was suddenly needing to drive to Dallas and had broken my glasses. My optometrist (not the one at their store) messed up my new prescription in one eye. So... when my glasses were ready at the end of the day, something just didn't feel right. I am a bit irked at the optician (I didn't catch her name) who initially helped me. I told her something was wrong the moment I put them on, but she sort of brushed me off and told me my eyes would adjust. By the end of the night I had a horrible migraine and had discovered a small crack in the lens that was wrong. The next morning I went directly to my doctor, and the prescription error was discovered and corrected. The next stop was Eyemasters, who had a new (non-cracked) lens in my frames within one hour. Thanks to their swift and griefless exchange of the flawed lens, I can say that I am definitely satisfied with the outcome. They handled my return well, especially given how upset I was. Be cautious if the glasses don't feel right immediately, trust your gut and go straight back to your doctor and have them check the lenses! Otherwise, I would recommend this location for their quick service and hassle free returns.

Lakeline Mall Optometry-Dr. Dwarsky. Dr. Dwarsky is EXCELLENT at testing your vision and fitting you with contact lenses. He is extreemly patient, kind, listens to what you say and puts you in the very best product he has available.

Terrible Terrible!!!!!!. I had an eye exam there a couple of weeks ago. My previous numbers were -2.75 (OS) and -3.00(OD). After the examination, Dr. Patel's new prescription included the following : -3.75 (OS) and -4.75 (OD). I have been wearing my glasses for more than 10 years and I have never had such a huge change. The doctor seemed very inexperienced and the girl assisting her was not even trained. So, I went to some other doctors and I was told that the actual OS was -3.25 and OD was -3.50.

I was just shocked how Dr. Patel could make such an enormous terrible mistake. What was gonna happen if I had had those glasses she prescribed?? Migraines, vision problems, my money... Gosh, I am so angry!!! Worse than that, I went there to ask for a full refund, and told me they would call me back. No one did! I called them again today and someone named H..y talked to me on the phone. She did not care and was excessively mean!!!!!!! Just stay away from this awful place if you do not want to be blind!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is terrible! Do not waste your time and money!!!!!!!! Your health is important and they do NOT care about it at all!!!!!

Avoid this locations at all costs. Stick to Any other Eyemasters in town.. I am usually never one to complain nor take things to heart so easily, but I had recently gone to the Lakeline Mall Eyemasters store and was "helped" by a lady by the name of Gina.

I originally came into the store, looked around for a bit while the other employees were helping other customers, no big deal. This lady was on the cell phone for about 15 minutes(obviously talking to friends or family) and even though I was the only unattended customer, still no help. I waited around some more, and she had finally come to ask me if I needed any help. She asked me to wait shortly after and said she was going to be right back. I waited probably another 15 minutes or so, and even got asked by the other employees(the other employees are really nice, no problems there) if I needed any help. I told them that I was waiting on her since she was handling my paperwork and such. She finally comes back to help, and then tries to rush me through the paperwork process, which I wasn't very pleased about. She was very rude and short with me pretty much the whole time, and it turns out that she is actually the MANAGER of this location. After I had taken enough of nearly being rushed out of the store, I told her not to bother, and that I would go to the Barton Creek location instead.

I found this very hard to believe, and wondered how this lady actually holds a manager title at this location with an attitude like that. It really made me wonder if she is like this with all customers, and even her own employees, which seemed much nicer and competent than her.

This is the only time Eyemasters has let me down, and I will continue to let friends know to be weary of this location due to Gina's attitude. It is really sad when one person can ruin an persons experience like this. I hope anyone who reads this will save themselves some time next time they want to get glasses/contacts.
