Just say your sorry..... Shoes were dropped off with date of expectation of being ready in one week. Upon arrival to pick up shoes that were not at the store every excuse in the book was given with no real explanation. Shoes were needed for the date and would not have been dropped off if expectation was not assured. After 3 weeks with no calls that shoes were ready I had to go the store and ask if they ever came in. Manager was actually on duty and once again excuse after excuse with no "Im sorry or I appologize"...Yes I was given a 10% ($4.00) discount, which they could have kept and made me happy if once they were empathetic or at least said Im sorry. I have used three locations now and I may return to others but will not to this one.

They say good customer service is hard to come by...... Ms. Terri has been invaluable in my shoe/boot needs. Whethor it was dress shoe shine, combat boot suede cleaning or full restoration for vintage boots that were handed down in my family, Ms. Terri has never failed in providing the most upstanding service for me.

I have been to several ASH locations and while Cedar Park is out of the way for me, the location in Cedar Park is a cut above the rest including shoe repair stores and other ASH locations.

Terri at Austin Shoe Hospital in Cedar Park ROCKS. I have used this shoe hospital on numerous occasions. Terri the manager there is just awesome. She is very customer focused and friendly and always wants to go the extra mile for her customers.

She assisted me with a name brand purse that needed work and several pairs of shoes. She is very knowledgeable in the shoe and purse repair.

The work done is also excellent.

ThanksTERRI!

Great Service & People. I've been doing business with Austin Shoe Hospital for many years now and continue to have a great experience each time. Once a year I have dozens of pairs of boots reconditioned, re-soled, etc. Terri is a good example of someone I WANT to do business with. I have friends that own a shoe repair business in the Austin area but I CHOOSE to do business here because I know what to expect in terms of price, quality, service, and most importantly attitude every time. I own several businesses in Texas and know the importance of having people care about their customer relations. This business has proven they do as well.

Great service...... Fourth visit to have work done at this location.

Terri is fantastic. She can shine shoes better then any place I've had my shoes serviced!

They have replaced heels on my shoes previously...work was handled correctly and timely.

Brought my shoes back from the dead!. It was the first time I used Austin Shoe Hospital and it won't be my last! I took in a pair of shoes I really liked but was wearing them less because the way they were looking. I am happy To say Austin Shoe Hospital brought my shoes back from the dead and I can wear them again like a brand new pair of shoes.

Awesome Store Manager, Superb Workmanship. I really enjoy taking my shoes, luggage to this store as I know the repairs will be taken care of. I have some expensive luggage and shoes, with Terri taking care of it no problem whatsoever. She is always courteous and handling other customers with such professionalism. I might also note that this store is so clean. I have referred my friends to the store and Terri always takes care of them. You know, it is hard to find true customer service anymore but Terri could be the top star teacher and show other merchants how to treat people. My thanks to the repair staff as you do an outstanding job.

Terrible, Rude Customer Service. Go to Another Store.. Their work came undone 2 weeks after wearing the repaired shoe. When I brought it back to be fixed, the lady behind the counter insisted that they did not work on the affected part of the shoe. She then proceeded to tell me that they worked on the toe (which they did not). She kept pushing back and suggested that I was lying. Then, she told me that they won't fix it again, unless I have THEIR work order (even though I supplied a receipt). And finally, as I was leaving, she told me to "have a nice day" (clearly said with sarcasm). Terrible customer service. Very discourteous. They need somebody else working behind the counter.

Prices have doubled and they don't care. This is the first revieu i have ever done...i am so dis-pleased with SHoe Hospital that I am writing this...when i used to go there it was $15 for new heels then i took some boots and got charged double that...my $350 boots where LOST and i was told to go home and find the ticket I was so scarred cos i couldn't find the darn thing...then they found them and on top of that (no apology) i got charged DOUBLE...apparently they have not changed thier prices so why did i have to pay double?? crazy making when i questioned it.

then to cap it all i went in to get two holes punched in some leather and a name plack put on they usually charge $10 and i was quoted $14.99 EACH they didn't cost me that much..when i called the owner he said it was because i wanted it exact so they tacked on another 10 bucks WHAT ....so i am never going back ...i wanted some acknowlegment so called about wanting a fair price and for some kind of a sorry about that...i did not get an apology and i was just treated like crap...so I am so upset so i bothered to sign up and write this revieu...if you still decide to use these guys go in ready to get a decent price..apparently they have a set price just MAKE SURE they give you the fixed price and not the hiked made up one.

more people then ever are coming to get thier shoes mended cos we can't afford to buy like before and they are taking advantage of this.
