DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. WENT THROUGH THE PHILLIPS MANUFACTURER FOR OUR TV THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY TO GET REPAIRED. THEY RECOMMENDED TV STEREO CLINIC AND WHEN I GO TO CALL THEM THEY REFUSED TO WORK ON OUR TV AND TOLD ME TO GO ELSE WHERE. SO I AM TELLING ALL YOU PEOPLE TO GO ELSE WHERE TO GET YOUR TV FIXED IF YOU NEED IT, CAUSE THIS COMPANY MIGHT REFUSE YOU TOO! COMPANIES SHOULD NEVER REFUSE BUSINESS!!!

GOT THE NEW VIRUS ON MY LAPTOP / BROWSER HIGHJACK. I have been in the electronic hi-tech field for a long time and can usually find virus on any computer but not this one.

My internet browers were completely locked out because of this really nasty virus.

The tech at HDTV Clinic cleaned the laptop, still had all my programs and data........wooo hoo. Love these guys.

Same day turnaround....how rare is that?

My experience using TV Stereo Clinic. My 51 inch Sony Projection TV decided to fail ~6 months after the extended warranty we purchased expired so I began calling the local repair shops. I talked to 5 of them and after describing the problem and telling them I was out of warranty 4 of them either could not get the parts or wanted to charge between 5-600$. TV Stereo clinic was different as he said the parts might be difficult to find but he could handle it and the repair should cost between 2-250$ so I said go ahead. Much to my surprise 3 days later my family and I were watching TV on my Sony again and the cost was only 238$. They even called us back a week later to make sure I was happy with the repair.

So all I have to say is THANK YOU TV Stereo Clinic!!!!

Honest people, great service. These guys repaired my computer in at the front door on a lunch break in less than 5 minutes. Wow

They don't Show Up. They came out and charged $350.00 to repair my tv. Looks good but later I found out they did not connect the front av connection when they put the front back on. Now I am waiting for them to come back. Called on Monday and it is Wednesday now.

WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. Came out to service TV, now the TV does not turn back on. When removing the back cover to clean it, he flipped a safty switch ( that he should have known about) and now the only way to turn it back on is with the orignal remote....that it long gone!! so im sutck with a TV that wont turn on and have to deal with his slow and very not customer friendly attitude.......unless i buy the $150 remote...??? WTF

Terrible on follow-thru. I paid $75 for a service call but opted not to get the tv repaired right then because it was a $350 repair. So I asked them to include the part number that I'd need replaced when they mailed me an invoice. They said they would. They never did. Six months later, I called to have them out to perform the repair (they're the only TV repair shop in Cedar Park as far as I can tell) and I made an appointment for them to come out. I called on a Thursday and the appointment was for Monday between 12-2pm. They never called. They never showed. At 4pm I called another company from Austin who is coming to repair my tv in two days for less money. I wish I would have called them first. They seem like really nice folks over there, but the follow-thru was non-existent.
