Insurance handling is a problem.
They add add-on's without approval that are not covered by insurance and then bill you. Also miss file claims with insurance and then bill you. So you always need to be on guard with everything they do. I just got too tired of loosing money and I left the office. Have joined a small independent that is up front with everything. I can't recommend dental chains because they are money machines. I found out that independents actually come in cheaper and you get more out of your insurance.
I have nothing against the doctors, which are good, but the business part is terrible.
