Horrible Experience. I bought a house from this builder years ago and it was a bad experience. They walked on new carpet without covering it, while it was raining, they scrubbed the stains so hard it frayed the carpet and they refused to replace. They did not paint properly and nothing is square, so when my husband hung crown molding it was apparent how off everything was. If you want a good house, don't go with Gavurnik

horrible builder/avoid at all costs. Please dont ever use this builder if you want a nice home. He has built so bad that mold envaded our home and the SOB denied all. He builds commerical building and does horrible, shoddy work and wont warranty it. He has build a home with the frame work over the slab 2 inches.

I have a home that is leaking in the slab and the builder wont cover the work and its under 2 years. He gets his high class lawyers invloved and you will lose time and money.
