Hope Lumber. Hope Lumber was a subcontractor for my new condominium complex and installed hardware and door knobs. My door knobs began falling off in a matter of months. Because I was still under warranty, I called the phone number listed in order to have the problem corrected. The company had changed phone numbers after completing the job.

When I requested that the builder fix the problem or provide me with a correct phone number for Hope Lumber they agreed. After days of research, the builder provided me with a current phone number. I called several phone numbers with in the company in order to locate the individual that would repair person responsible for my door knobs. Exasperated, I called his number and left a message. After waiting days without receiving a response, I left another message. He has not responded to this day. Although I am certain the builder will resolve the issue, as they have been helpful in the past, I have been completely dissatisfied with Hope Lumber.
