NEVER GETS IT RIGHT!.
The stores location and the fact that they use real eggs instead of those nasty powdered/instant eggs is the only good thing I can say about it.
I order the exact same thing every weekday morning so you would think they would get it right, HA! The person taking the order is getting it right, atleast the receipts are correct, however what's in the bag 3 out of 5 days is WRONG! Which means I have to park, go inside and wait for someone to remake the BOB (breakfast on a bun). I just don't understand the problem, read the screen and make the sandwhich! It's not hard, there's no real changes being made. It's offered with sausage or bacon, I chose bacon but apparently that doesn't translate whith whomever is reading the order screen because they keep giving me sausage! I HATE SAUSAGE! This week already they screwed it up Monday and then again this morning. I went to look for a corporate site to lodge a complaint but the site is down so I am putting it on here instead.
Is it so much to ask that the order be made CORRECTLY?? and if they screw it up, shouldn't it be FREE??? Maybe they should dock the pay of the people screwing up the orders...that would get their attention.
Just wanted to vent.....The moral here is "CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!"
Family-friendly hamburger chain with fair prices, accommodating services and 1950s flair..
This chain restaurant's orange-and-white A-frame buildings dot the Southern coast, from Florida to Arizona. What's made Whataburger grow since its first burger stand opened in 1950 is its commitment to custom orders--the restaurant is happy to fill special requests, as promised in the motto "Just as you like it." The signature five-inch patties and buns--an inch larger than most other chains--have also hooked loyalists to their burgers and chicken sandwiches.
