John Pack designed and built a pool for us in 2012. From design concept through the final touches, his team was very professional and helpful. When we had questions, they walked us through possibilities. When we had ideas, they made 'em reality. Their attention to detail was amazing, and the products used were top-notch. We are thrilled to have a backyard oasis built by Pack Pools!

I live in a Central Tx Resort. It took a long time to decide to have a pool and then even longer to determine what it would look like and who would build it. John was never hesitant to take me on long Pool Tours until he saw my "eyes light up" with the right ideas for me. He worked with me on the design and rolled with it as I changed my mind. I now have a beautiful backyard and really enjoy my pool.

Exceptional Pool Builder. Our pool was just completed this May 2011. Pack pools made the building process easy and competely custom to our wants and needs. We highly recommend Pack Pools and look forward to many years of enjoying our new spa and pool.

Best of the Best ....from design stage to post completion. Our pool was completed 18 months ago, at the same time our new house was build. I highly recommend Pack Pools,They worked extremely well with my Builder and landscaper. We are very happy with the final product and the service after completion has been excellent. I strong recommend the self clean feature. The build-in jets keep the pools nice and clean. I spend maybe 10 minutes a week doing maintenance.

Beautiful, unique saltwater pool. We love our pool from Pack Pools in Georgetown. This is our third summer with the pool, and it's just wonderful. Highly recommend the in-floor cleaning system as an added feature. The heads pop up like sprinkler heads and push debris toward the main drain, so we don't need a pool vac or to clean the pool with a net very often at all. Maybe once or twice as leaves are falling. Just clean the baskets, and we're done. Big thumbs up to Pack Pools!

Service After "The Sale". We have been very pleased with our pool building experience with John and the team at Pack Pools. Not only did they build us a beautiful pool, but they have continued their relationship with us after "the sale". Any questions or maintenance needs we have had, they have been very responsive to address.

Pack is the premier pool builder in Georgetown. We've had our Pack Pool since 2004 and have enjoyed it tremendously. Very low maintenance thanks to John Pack's design recommendations. The attention to detail of John's stone masons and plumbing crew is far and above any others I have encountered in Georgetown. And John's new service manager is very knowledgeable and bends over backwards to help his customers. I highly recommend Pack Pools.

I Love my Pool. I really love my pool. Especially the fact that it is almost maintenance free. I had John put in the special system that pushes water through valves all over the pool pushing the dirt to the main drain. All I have to do is check the chemicals occasionally, empty the baskets, and backwash the filter. John and his crew put in our pool the about two years ago, and it still looks great. When we started looking for pools we didn't know anything, and interviewed several pool builders. We chose Pack Pools because we knew that he would be responsive to our needs, work with us through the process, answer our questions (we had lots) and make sure we were happy. I highly recommend John Pack Pools.

My pool builder. John and his crew were so accommodating during the building of our pool. We frequently work late and John was always willing to meet us late in the evenings for discussions and planning. He also took us around to other homes so that we could look at other pools he had built. We love our pool! Furthermore, we had some issues with our spa heater and the service guys were great with the repair of that including getting the rep out to determine that it was a warranty issue and not our expense.
