This office is constantly turning over staff. Each time you go in the nurseing staff is completely different and so is most of the office. The person in charge of getting referals for the patient is the worst I have ever seen. In some cases she takes 3 weeks or longer to get referals and sometimes never gets them at all. The patient has to constantly call back and is always met with voice mail and then the person responsible for getting ther referal never calls back. Numerous complaints to Dr Male and the Office Manager have resulted in nothing being done. This is also not a very good practice as they have had and still are having problems keeping physicians and if you are seen at this practice you are not assigned a primary care physician. Whenever you make an appointment it is with whomever has appointments available. As a result of this no one knows your medical history and you. All you are is a name on a chart and you are lucky if they can even find your chart when go in for an office visit. VERY DISORGANIZED and UNPROFFESSIONAL Staff

Dr. Male is very knowledgeable and thorough and is very personable and easy to communicate with. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I am always able to get an appointment very quickly, and if I need to see the doctor that day, I can always get an appointment on the same day that I call. I highly recommend Dr. Male and Physicians's Center.
