I'm not sure as to why people are so negative about this place...there is plenty do on a hot Saturday. The price may be a little more expensive than I would have liked but they offer so many coupons that you can easily get a discount. They also offer a senior discount as well as military. For those of you who are looking for a half day trip they offer a twilight special where EVERYONE gets in for 11.99.
For the stuff to do they have four slides that will keep the kids busy for hours. For little kids they offer a kiddie pool which is a huge pirate ship surrounded by water sprays and a pool. They also have access to the lake which is more like the beach as it has sand. They have a pool with an aqua park to climb on and aligator crossing. For the littler ones who are feeling left out about the slides there is a small frog slide for those ones.
Now, let's say you're hungry or thirsty, there is a sundowner grill with excellent food, (even veggie burgers and turkey burgers), there is also the blue parrot that offers another selection of adult drinks and food. You are also allowed to bring your own coolers with yummy lunches.
The marina is just a few steps away to rent jet skis and boats to take the kids on all while being able to come in and out of the park.
I know this is a long review, I just couldn't figure out why people are so down about a family owned safe place to visit.
