Vicky is very dependable. She calls the night before to remind you that she is coming. She is very outgoing and cares about your family as well as your home. She even brings our dog treats when she comes and now my dog sits at the window and waits for her. She works alone and is a very efficient and excellent cleaner.

Vicky has been cleaning for me for years. I especially like the way she calls the night before to tell me when to expect her – and that’s when she comes! I’ve given up on other services because they were often late for one reason or another, and never let me know there was a problem with the schedule until they were already more than an hour late. They’ve also broken things and left me to find out for myself what had happened, and good luck getting anything fixed! Not with Vicky, she's very straightforward and careful to do everything right.
