Awesome experience! My girlfriends and I rented a Pantoom boat for Memorial Day weekend.... and it was an absolute blast. Steve was extremely friendly...and made us feel at ease and comfortable. it was my first time driving a boat and going to Devil's Cove, so he was very patient at explaining how everything worked... his partner gave us a run down on how to operate the boat (which was the easiest thing ever), gave us a map, and overall was very helpful. Will definetly use their boat rental services soon... hopefully for 4th of July! :)

Terrible Time on 4th of July. A group of 20 friends and myself rented two pontoon boats from Easy Street marina last week. When we arrived, we were informed that the second pontoon boat was not available because it was rescuing a ski boat. We were quoted a wait time of 15-20 minutes.

1 hour later, the second pontoon arrived. We asked if we could stay out later since our party had been delayed by over an hour at this point. Management told us that we would still be charged for the full amount of time that we rented the pontoon boat, and they would pro-rate the second boat. Why would we pay for the full amount of time of rental for a boat that we didnt' take out? 10 people fit on one pontoon boat. Were the rest supposed to wait by the dock? I don't have the heart to get all Sophie's choice on which of my friends get to party.

Managment was rude and unaccomodating. I do not reccomend renting anything from Easy Street Marina. They have terrible customer service and ruined my 4th of July.

Ridiculous.... The management here was extremely rude and unreasonable. I went here despite being told not to and fully regret it. Not once throughout my experience with this company was I treated like a customer. Absolutely horrible customer service... will never forget.

Good boat, great service.. My wife and I rented a very nice 19' ski boat which ran great. It had plenty of power and speed, and was completely reliable.

Their staff was excellent! They were super friendly and helpful.

This is a good place for a great time!
