I truly want to express how pleased I was with Kwik Kar Lube & Tune, because I was being given large estimates for my car repairs from the dealership as well as Firestone. As a female, it is extremely important to know when you are being taken advantage of and I was being overcharged by the other two establishments. Mike McLamb, who manages the garage and is also a mechanic provide me with Excellent and Honest service and also provided me with a loaner car while my car was being repaired. The dealership was charging me $2000 for repairs ($1500 of that for labor), Firestone wanted to charge me $1700 for the repair ($1000 of that for labor) and my total price at Kwik Kar was $762 for parts & labor.

I encourage each person to shop around before letting your dealership or any other so-called repair shop work on your car. I would recommend any person I meet to go to Kwik Kar Pflugerville, TX. If you want Great Work, Great Service, Dependability, Honesty and Trust - then choose Kwik Kar.

Great Management - Worth my trust.

Having a large family of drivers and six cars, I look for places I can trust for honest cost-saving service and repair. Since I found that this was more than a oil change facility, I met with the head mechanic and the owner/manager of the company. After several repairs on different vehicles I have found this to be an honest and well-managed business. The senior mechanic is a man of broad automotive knowledge and skill and understands my desire for cost-effective solutions to the maintenance of my 'fleet'. I know the experience of most folks when being 'pushed' for additional services to be performed when all you wanted was an oil change. My experience at this Kwik-lube has been polite and informative without the 'push'. My only regret is that they are always busy. However, this is a good indicator of the quality of service. Please clone the mechanic. I have found the owner/manager very open to positive and polite critiques of any sub-standard service or attitude (of which there have been few). I highly recommend this business and have done so often.

Great Service!

I have been taking our family Suburban there for several years and have been happy, but recently our antenna got broken off at their car wash, and they replaced it and when I offered to pay for it they refused-I couldn't believe it-that's the way to do business!

jeep wrangler

I went here for a quote on some work I needed. On Saturday, they had a decent quote within 1 hr. I worked with Jeremy (awesome mechanic) who had my jeep wranger ready by Monday afternoon. My jeep runs better now than when I 1st bought it. I also got a free wash across the street. I live in Pflugerville, and they just earned my respect. I will recomend this to everyone I talk to. kmj

Kwik Kar is fast, smart, reliable.

These guys take really good care of my mercedes c220. Not too many are able to really service these cars but these guys know what they are doing. They twice have saved my wallet when the Continental Cars (authorized dealer merc. repair) guys tried to get me to make excessive repairs that were not really needed. I also got a free immaculate detail out of it. Trust.
