The best couples work out ever!. Jen is amazing! My husband and I love to work out together on Saturdays with Jen's kickboxing class. Jen is so motivating and fun. At kickboxing we walk out laughing, more energized, and feeling great. I am in such better shape now that I can run a mile without stopping! My husband and I both just watch our inches shred away. It is great to have someone in the class with you and Jen is very supportive. Her workout routine is for men and women. She is also very understanding when people are just starting. Everyone works together to acheive the same goal. She starts with 15 minutes of abs and changes them everyday so they never get boring. Her kickboxing moves are great and we always look forward to seeing what is next in her moves! Great job Jen and keep up the motivational kickboxing!

It's nice to see couples take time out of their lives to spend just one hour together and do something good for themselves. And let me tell you with couples...it's never a dull minute, or should I say "hour"..Thank you again and you two are doing awsone...

Jen got me hooked on Cardio Kickboxing first by taking classes with her, then when she told me she was going to start teaching I thought "wow" look out. I thought I was working to my max before but then I started taking the classes she was teaching and I really started seeing great results. I have always loved Kickboxing and will always have Jen to thank for getting me started and for showing me what really being in shape and feeling great all with a fun workout could do for me.

Love the classes. WOW, What a workout! Jen is a great instructor. She makes sure that everyone is always using correct form to prevent injury and to get most out of the class. She really knows Kickboxing. She's a perfectionist and it show. Her knowledge of muscles and her ability to come up with NEW ROUTINES EVERY DAY every day keeps it effective and fun. She knows how to encourage us to take that extra bit left that we didn't think we had.
strength training class.
I have just moved down here to Austin and have a friend that lives here and she talked me into getting up and taking one of Jen's classes (with no intentions of signing up). After the class that day which was a strength class, using small hand weights and body resistance, I felt so good and felt like I actually did something. She is really something. She takes time to make sure you are doing every move right and in the right form. When you think you can't do one more repetition, she seems to be able to squeeze a few more out of you.
The atmosphere that is felt there is such a warm and fun place to be. She is quite comical when needed. It was really an enjoyable time. Needless to say....I ended up joining!!

I love Jen's classes. No only is she motivating and get's you to bring out the most of what you are doing, but her nutrional information is a big help also. Her classes are just one big suprise after another and I love that about coming here. She has helped me with learning how to eat right and how to change my eating habits so I can stick to a healthy way of eating.
I'm telling as many people about her classes as I can. Hopefully I'm reaching out to others by this testimony too. She is a great teacher and a great person.
I'm so glad you are taking in the things I throw out at you guys. It means that you really care about what you are doing for yourself which is more than half the battle. Feeling stronger every day. After only going to Jen's workout for about two weeks, I can already feel the difference in how stronger I feel both physically and mentally. She's really great on a one to one bases. She really cares about each and every one of us. I feel very special. She pays attention to each one of us so that we all get the max out of what we can do individually. Her 15 years experience really shows..It's like getting a personal trainer (and more) for $60.00 a month, you really can't beat that. Thank's Jen
I'm glad you are feeling stronger both physically and mentally. They both should go hand in hand. These are your classes and they should feel that way. I feel no matter what the size of the class , every person should still get that one on one personal attention. That's what it is all about. Best cardio kickboxing and strengthening. Jen is a terrific instructor! I've been a follower of hers for MANY years. Since I've been working out with her I've lost the weight and have kept if off. Jen's classes are fun and motivating. I guarantee working out with her a few times a week you will become toned and lose weight.

Jen's Fitness Fun. Jen is such a motivating and energitic instuctor. I am so glad I found her. She knows her stuff. After every class I feel muscles that I never knew I had. She is such a one on one instructor she makes you feel special. If you ask her a question and she doesn't know it she will find it out for you. Every class is different which always keeps me coming back for more..After every class I feel more energitic to face the rest of the day..

Great for kids and adults too!. Great instructors are the life blood of any program like this. At PfvilleTKD+ the instructors are wonderfull. They get to know the students and understand their individual needs. I noticed a huge difference in the attitude of my son after just a few classes.
