In Short – Ashore since 1969 and inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson's "Treasure Island," this pirate-themed fast-food chain has since gone global. Batter-dipped fish, chicken and shrimp "planks" are the menu staples, combined with fries, coleslaw, hushpuppies, corn and desserts to create value baskets and Treasure Chest Family Meals.
