terrible customer service. Bought a new fridge and got it home and installed and noticed a small dent on the door. Am having a very difficult time in getting this resolved with Conn's customer service. Basically don't leave the Conn's store without removing the product from the box to inspect it or they will not accept any responsibility. Should have read all the terrible reviews online and could have avoided this shoddy company.
