dishonest, beware.
I had a car from them another insurance company had paid for. I wasn't using the car all that much just wanted to save a little gas. Eventually while my car was being repaired the insurance decided to stop paying for the renal and not let me know. Enterprise did not let me know. They claim to have called me, however I have a phone bill to back up they did not. So had no chance to return the car, and didn't find out until they started emptying my bank account later. I even let them know where the body shop was when I picked up the rental, and are now trying to claim I didn't tell them.
Very shady, dishonest, beware!
This place used to be good, I've used them several times before without incident, but whomever is running it now appears to be very dishonest.
Looking for Poor Service? This Place is for You!!!. What is it about Customer Service that is so difficult? I don't care if I use a credit card or a debit card, I can always rely on Enterprise to F___ Up the transaction! Then when you call, there is always some excuse; new employees, rep wasn't paying attention, my girlfriend ran off my co-worker, etc... I don't know how they have managed to stay in business! Without customers, you would not exist! These folks do not believe in taking ownership of their errors! I HATE Enterprise!!
lackluster - silly policies. Wrecked my car - had to get a rental. Don't have a major credit card. Nobody mentioned the fact that I had to practically give a blood sample to rent a car. Stood there for almost an hour only to have to be taken back to my house to get utility bills to prove I am who I am since I don't have a Visa etc etc...cash on the barrel type person. Big hassle. Kinda stupid since it is an insurance claim and they are paying it. Not me. This is the fist time I had to jump through a million hoops to rent a car like this. I should have called around and gone elsewhere.
Horrific customer service; disorganized. First agent(Marc) was rude, had attitude and clearly did not want to be at work. Incompetent...Could not find reservation - called insurance company to set up a new one however I decided to call insurance company and got the details from them immediately. Second agent was very helpful however when he pulled my car around, another agent muzzled him out of it for his customer so I had to wait yet again for another car. Ready to change body shops so that I have to NEVER AGAIN deal with Enterprise.
Hazardous Cars. My car is in the body shop and I've had to take back two rentals already. One had a fender scrape plate duct taped to try and prevent the car from shaking. The 2nd has tires that won't stay inflated. Rent here at your own risk. They apparently have no problem sending you on your way with a vehcile that they wouldn't drive themselves.

Horrible Customer Service. I had to put my car in the body shop (Berli's) nearby and arranged an Enterprise rental car from this location to pick me up a week in advance. Not only were they 45 minutes late in picking me up, but when I finally got back to their rental place, they didn't have any cars ready. I waited another 30 minutes while they cleaned a car for me. The car they presented me was disgusting and ready to fall apart, but since I was already late getting back to work, I took it. I later called about switching out cars, and all I got was attitude from the sales rep. I took the car to the Enterprise off N 183 and switched cars with a helpful, supportive staff. They informed me they would get the car to the shop immediately because no one should be driving a car like the one I was given.
Great service, great people, no problems!. I was very satisfied with my experience at Enterprise. They were very helpful in making sure that my insurance covered everything and I didn't get stuck paying for anything. The manager (Stacy I think was her name) even took care of some extra charges that somehow got added on. The staff was very friendly, and the car was super clean. I would definitely use them again.
Dirty. One car was offered to me and it was filthy. Another car was brought out and it was also dirty. I used all the wipes I had to clean the steering wheel and door handles so I could stand driving home. Yuck!
