Tired of calling when using online service.
I will tell you I have been with them for years ..I only have a savings account there...As far as there online Banking it sucks to be blunt..As usual I went to log into my online account and they have changed there security again..They ask for security answers that are not even my security questions ..This has happened with there service over the years and it is so frustrating.Also I am in Pflugerville and where ever I decide to check on the account its after hours of coarse and the only option I have is to call them during business hours to get the problem straightened out.It would be nice if they had an email support link on there site but of coarse they don't only email is a consumer complaint directed me to government not there bank.This has happened to me numerous times..though the years..The reason I am posting this here is they have no place for me to post this on there site and I have complained in person numerous times.I may have to move my account ..I am old and hate change even though there services go up in price I am normally a loyal person but just getting sick and tired of there security junk requiring me to constantly having to call them directly..Also There site prompts updates on browsers..I code and will tell you that newer is not always better.I actually know for a fact that some newer releases have holes that need to be plugged.
Give it a break and hire someone who know how to actually code and run a web site

When I moved to Round Rock I decided to open an account at First Texas Bank because I wanted to support the local banks instead of the huge national banks. Opening the account was easy and smooth sailing, but it was all down hill from there.
First of all their hours are horrible! Second, anytime I needed something done, I couldn't do it over the phone or online...I had to go in and sign a form to change my address, phone number, sign up for online banking, order a debit card etc. Finding the time to do this during the hours that they are open is nearly impossible though!
I had a joint account with my wife, but in order to do any maintenance on the account she had to be there. I couldn't do anything for her even though she was my wife and we shared an account.
I'm sure 30 years ago this would have been a great bank, but they have not seemed to catch up with the times and therefore are a pain when anything needs to get done.
I'll have to find another local bank.
