REEAAAALLLLYYY SLOW. I didn't urgently need my jeans, so I told them "just whenever." BIG MISTAKE. Come on, A MONTH!!?? For jean hems??? I kept calling, and they kept saying they'd call me back "the next day" to let me know when I can pick them up. THEY NEVER CALLED. So once, when I finally called again, they apparently just patronizingly made up some dates - first "this Saturday," then it was "next Tuesday," then "Thursday"...Thank God I had the foresight to call before I went each time. So, I still don't have my jeans.

Their prices aren't great either. Ace Tailors (I used them a lot when I lived downtown) is cheaper. I'd for sure take my business elsewhere next time. Consider yourself warned.
