Great, reputable place. My friend recommended Tri-City, as she has been using them for years with great success. I called, the receptionist researched the issue then called me back with a recommendation for how I could fix the problem myself rather than paying them to come out and perform the easy fix. Wow! As she said, it was super easy to do, and we ended up fixing our own washer for FREE! Any company who does that earns my trust; it reassures me that when they DO come out to repair my appliances, they will be honest and not charge me unnecessarily. They have also repaired my appliance for a low price.
Awesome service!! New in town and needed a cord for my dryer. Called to confirm they had the part, and they went as far as drawing a diagram to change the 3 prong plug to a 4 prong plug. I was able to fix my dryer within 5 min of arriving home with the new plug thanks to the professionalism, instruction, and the diagram. Thanks for all your assistance.
Always very helpful in purchases, parts, and recommendations. Cheerful staff.
Your employee was most efficient and knowledgeable and performed his skill in a most professional manner. He is the most personal fellow and I was most satisfied. The organization handled my problem in a most speedily manner.
They assessed the situation, showed me the price, and then got the job done. Quick and painless and I thought the price was fair.
the best , they have fixed many problems for me with just phone calls, great to work with!
Arrival time was right on time. Fast and great work. Courteous and friendly service. 3rd time I have used Tri-City and very happy.
Great technician! He arrives on time and fixes the problem whatever it may be. He explains the issues and resolutions well even for us mere mortals. They have fair pricing!
A Little Deceitful or Perhaps an Oversight. I decided to not go with these folks because the receptionist, Terri, who answered the phone took my name, asked for the problem, took directions to my house, scheduled an appointment all in the span of 2 minutes without once informing me of the service call fee. She was about to disconnect the call when I said uhhmm, excuse me, how much is the service fee? She responded "$60" (which isn't too bad by the way). Then I asked if the fee was waived if you had the service completed and she responded as if "I" was an idiot "No, the fee is the fee." I told her OK, then I have just changed my mind. I do not want the service. Every other reputable company waives the fee if you have the service because in the event you don't choose to go with their company, all they are trying to do is make sure the technician is compensated for his time. I'll go with Mr. Appliance or someone. At least they are upfront about their fees.
