30.518551 -97.668633Bad Service and Rude Employees. Lousy, rude and inattentive service. The food comes out in parts...first one person's plate than another person's plate 10 minutes later, and I couldn't get them to bring my chile con queso no matter how hard I tried. After receiving our entrees and asking three times about the appetizer, I was told that they did not have the right cheese and it was "not melting properly". WHAT?!?! They did not bother to apologize or offer us anything else in exchange for our frustration. In fact, they really didn't seem to care that we were getting upset and angry. When my husband asked for the bill, he was angrily told that they would just add it up at the register. We never got an itemization of our charges or an actual bill. We also had the feeling that the employees really did not like the fact that my husband and I are a mixed couple (he is white and I am Latina). They were summarily rude to us and kept staring at us throughout our entire meal. The food also was not very good. I had the caldo de camaron. It was broth and five or six shrimps...that's it for $10.00. When I asked about rice (I have never seen it served w/o) they acted like it was a big inconvenience...and it took almost ten minutes just to get a small plate of it. My husband's enchiladas were runny and just OK. We have had better service and food at chain restaurants. Obviously, we did not leave a tip and will not be coming back. I agree with the previous review that they really only seem to care about what's on TV or, I might add, their own personal conversations.
Check your takeout.. I ordered the beef, cheese and chicken enchiladas combination takeout. I asked about chips and salsa and was told that would be $4.00 extra (they are free when you eat in). When I got home I found that the food had all run together (poor packaging) and all the enchiladas were beef. There was no answer at the restaurant when I called to complain.
MEXICAN FOOD.
I CALLED TO ASK QUESTIONS BUT THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH & SHE ENDED THE PHONE CALL( HUNG UP ON ME ) THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.

I GUESS YOU DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS ANY WAY
Service. The food is pretty good, a bit pricey, but the service REALLY has to be worked on. they are so slow to get to you and the food takes pretty long to be served, and then if you need something else you'll be lucky if they remember to bring it. Also, the waitstaff (seems to be only 3 people, 1 young lady and 2 gentlemen) tend to pay attention more to the programs on the television than to the customers.
