Terrible Policies!! Place makes me very sad :(. I still have two months before the rip-off artists will LET ME CANCEL! I haven't been able to get up there to cancel due to a car accident and many surgeries. (They couldn't care less and was told I have to go up there and cancel even though I couldn't get out of bed) I'm now handicap and have trouble getting in and out of the beds but I have to go or I'm out even more money. In this economy I am disgusted they changed policy to make thing harder on people in hard times and didn't bother to tell anyone. Once I finally get out from the iron grip they have on me I will never ever use them again and will be sure to tell anyone I can about it.

Nice Manager, Easy Going. I have never had a problem and the manager, who is always working when i am their, is very helpful. They are not pushers of products which is a nice change and the place is clean!

Much better then other tanning salons in austin area. :)
