after doing business for 6 years at Pit Pros we will not be back. Pit Pros failed my Scion XB for window tint; this vehicle came from the dealership this way & Pit Pros passed it with no problem a
year ago. They said I could not prove they passed it...I went home & got my receipt & took it back. Now they say no way to prove I did not have the tint applied this past year.....give me a break, I am a 50 yr old mom. If they had failed it a year ago I could have gone back to the dealership & gotten them to make it street legal...now I am just screwed. They were also much more interested in recommending a mechanic for my "check engine lite"
that comes on randomly when we have a big outside temperature drop (like today) than in listening to me explain that this is well documented on the Scion blogs and nothing to worry about. Bad business, bad attitude.…
