I had never visited a chiropractor prior to my treatment at Dr. Schiffer's office and wasn't sure what to expect. The staff took good care of me and after determining my specific condition, I was educated on what treatment I would be receiving and proceeded to schedule my appointments in advance. Since I work at the intersection of I-35 and Till 45, the Round Rock office is very convenient for me. I'm also very glad that my treatment is covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield co-payment. So this lets me take advantage of the massages, which I had never had before either. I've had three different physical therapists give me massages and each was very professional and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. There is an atmosphere of respect and caring amongst the staff which I think projects on the patients coming in, making for an overall positive experience. The regular adjustments combined with the massages have really made a difference and I plan on continuing routine maintenance going forward.

Excellent chiropractor & pleasant staff. Dr. James Schiffer is an outstanding chiropractor in Round Rock, TX. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Also, his staff at the front is always courteous, and do their best to accommodate my busy schedule. As a competitive athlete, it is great to have someone who cares and that I can count on to help me stay in the best shape possible. I have seen several chiropractors over the years, and none compare to the service and respect that I receive at this office.
