John with Ascot Travel helped with my honeymoon/destination wedding in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. John helped reserve the date with the resort, followed up with us to make sure we were able to get what we wanted with the resort's wedding planner. He then helped reserve the trips for my family and friends and went through the trip step by step with everyone, so there were no surprises. He even called us the day we arrived at the resort to make sure everything was fine. I can recommend everyone use Ascot Travel.

Best honeymoon, Great customer service, Save money. Saved a lot of money on my honeymoon and stayed at a great all inclusive resort. John with Ascot Travel found me a great deal and made sure we had a dream honeymoon. My honeymoon was much less than I found online with the big travel sites. He followed up with us several times and when we arrived at the resort they knew we were on our honeymoon and took great care of us. John went over what documents we needed and made sure we had great seats on all the flights.

Since we have been on our honeymoon John has helped us with a cruise. He has provided the same great customer service and a really great deal. Just can't say enough.

Best Travel Agent I've found in over 50 years in cruising!. I had a great time on my recent Carnival cruise that I booked with Brenda Walsh at Ascot Travel. I reserved 7 cabins on the Conquest for myself and my family. Brenda made sure we got the best price for our cruise, gifts in our cabins and she made sure we were all at the same table for diner. I have used Brenda for several other trips and would recommend her and Ascot Travel to anyone!! It is nice having someone that is so professional and trustworthly.

NEVER WE LEARNED OUR LESSON ASCOT TRAVEL....... I have a tip dont go too Ascot unless you want too be given wrong information.. we had planned our first cruise for our 20th anniversary and was taking our daughters along. My wife told Babara Walsh that we wanted adjoining rooms she told us that the Ecstasy does not have them .. my wife said she thought for sure that they did she insisted that was not right.. so we told her we wanted cabins right next too each other not close but right next too each other. Which we did not receive she also told us that "more than likely we will be upgraded due too paying 7 months in advance.. which once more we did not nor ever had a chance too be upgraded she later told us after we handed over a $2200 check. She also didnt tell my wife that since she was using her birth certificate that we should bring along a copy of our marriage license too work easy thru customs.. Then too top it off we didnt hear anything from her since we handed over the check.. less than 2 weeks before sailing I received in the mail our paperwork and sign and sail she was so cheap she didnt even print our our baggage labels on a color printer but just copied them .. WE did end up having a blast on the ship but learned our lesson never too go too them once more we thought everything would be handled well since they have been around San Marcos for so long .. now I know why people book their own trips.. we are going too do this from now on...
