Recent purchase story: beware of false information from Roy or Elizabeth. They sold us a faux leather chaise that they did not have in store as a leather chaise. We paid in full for them to order from their warehouse for delivery ( which was free as a special!). I did not have any item number in the bill when we left but it was there in the receipt they emailed to me. I looked against that item number online to find out that it was NOT leather and was polyester material. Upon trying to cancel this order I was told that they will make an exception and refund me the purchase but will charge me a RESTOCKING FEE (for an item that they did not have in STOCK! Go figure!). If it is not their misinformation, why are they making an exception and returning me the money? My advise, avoid this store. If you end up there anyways, talk to Ms. Diane Flack, she is honest.
