The Best Hand Formed Burgers and Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls!.
This is the oldest restaurant in San Marcos. It's been around since the 1940's. I think that's cool. The burgers are hand formed and absolutely delicious. If you like cinnamon rolls, you must go by and have their world famous Manske Rolls. They have been on the national tv shows etc.
They have a super deal of a meal. For $5 bucks you get a burger fries and a drink. Come on!!!
They are two exits from the outlet mall - downtown.

Great Specials Decent Food Cool Hangout. Gil's is a great spot to hangout on anynight of the week. Weekday specials like dollar cheeseburgers and quarter wings make it a great cheap-eats place. The large room in the back is great for hanging out with larger groups. Workers are young and cool, and you get a real college feel to the business.
