WORST. DANGEROUS.

The landlord actually lied to my attorney. Yes, actually blatantly lied when there is documentary evidence that shows otherwise and yes, I had to get an attorney. I've had unpotable water for 3 months now and management wouldn't do anything about it until I tried to break my lease. They wouldn't do anything about it upon verbal requests, so I brought a letter in writing to the office myself about a HEALTH HAZARD AND A SAFETY HAZARD and the manager refused to accept it, knowing what it was. The only option left is to send certified mail. He told my attorney that he hadn't seen me in 3 weeks when I was in his office talking to him within the past 2 weeks and one of our neighbors was there witnessing me telling them about the problem. The neighbor made an affidavit saying he was there and I did tell them about the problem. He will lie and do ANYTHING to weasle his way out of being responsible.

Do NOT go through Endways to rent ANYTHING

My experience with endways property management has been perhaps the worst that I have had. Be very, very leary if you must deal with them. Check every detail of the lease, and KNOW that they WILL parade strangers through your home continuously in your last month of renting from them, with little or no regard to your privacy or convienience. They also will not make needful repairs in a timely fashion, nor will they inform you of excessive utility costs in their rentals
- Pros: relatively cheap
- Cons: 400.00+ utility bill
