DO NOT live here. Read the contract extremely well. They will take every opportunity they can to charge you extra fees (even if it is their fault- fyi: they are incompetent, so it is not rare for it to be their fault). The workers are lazy, disorganized and extremely fake. Make sure you document every conversation you have with them; although, this will not help in the least bit when talking to them or when you seek legal recourse. Also, note that they keep rent checks in an unlocked, unorganized drawer and it is your fault if they lose it. Do not live here. They will be fairly nice to you until you give notice that you will move. Even if you do the walk through with them it is pointless. I was present for the walkthrough. She said it looked excellent, yet I was charged an additional $150 for damages that she did not mention and were nonexistent when I moved out. Also, don't move in just because you like the pool because they threaten to take away amenities if it is costing them too much money. In conclusion, do not live here.

Very Nice Staff. I helped my little sister find a studio apartment here. It was her first apartment, and the staff couldn't have been better.

They made sure to explain the paperwork to her, and asked if she had questions like a million times. They were very helpful in emailing and faxing our parents all cosigner forms, and were patient in getting the papers back because our parents were on vacation at the time.

I really liked the apartments they were cute and very homey. I think the location is perfect for my sister who has to go to the music building A LOT. I hope that they carry that nice attitude throughout her lease.

There is one down side to everything though. I think the landscaping could be a little bit better and would definitely complement their woody surrounding.

I def suggest checking them out. If you do talk to the lady named A.J. or T.J (I think that is her name)
