Worst apartments ever.
WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM RIVERSIDE RANCH!
My boyfriend moved into these apartments this year in August.
Awful from what I've heard from him and seen myself.
The building is old and falling apart, rent is outrageously over-priced for what you get.
Will enter apartment without notice, even though they told him he would always have 24 hrs notice beforehand.
And, when he first moved in early August, he put in a work order for a broken dryer (does not heat up) and broken hose on the sink. It is now November, he has not heard from maintenance, and nothing has been fixed. Those appliances did not work upon moving in.
Apartment was unclean as well upon moving in.
Floorboards creak when stepped on.
And community is disrespectful and noisy at all hours.
(ie- girl next door who doesn't put her dog on leash, dog runs off, she stands screaming for it right under balcony. or if you try to go outside while her dog is out, it will confront you and snap and growl. All the time. Also slamming of doors and stomping up and down stairs at any given hour of the day.)
Staff is arrogant and unhelpful.
Water gets shut off randomly (All the time), without notice.…
Riverside Ranch, not the best bet for safety!. Riverside Ranch, then Village on the River, is quite frankly, terrible. Last summer a girl was sexualy assaulted outside her apartment. The problem is that they cut there security that, up until a few months earlier had roved the property. About the same time they also raised rent; witch to me means they care about money and that?s it. The maintenance was bad to say the least. I put in work orders to have my garbage disposal fixed, yet it never was. But when I moved out they charged me to have it replaced. They state to be under new management; well the new is worse then the old, very unfriendly, very unhelpful. I gave them a change of location card for mail, yet my mail was never forwarded. When I went to ask about it they said they never got it, yet they could find me when I need to pay for the disposal. The hot water never works, they let people in and out of your apartment without notice and then say it was an emergency, thou, last time I checked updating the cable is not an emergency.…
