Bad billing department. I never received my bill by mail. I only realized this when my trash was not picked up but everybody else was picked up on my street. I called them and they said my bill was not paid. I sent double what the bill was that day. My trash was picked up the next week. I thought every thing was fine. This morning I heard something, looked outside and they drove off with the trash can. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. This is the only bill which I can not see my account on line and they now have been paid way in advance. I will let you know what happens when I call them monday morning.

Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They have stole are can ,saw them take it just check craigs list they are selling what they find ,which I dont care about but they are loading things on the trash truch to take home my can was a Texas Longhorn can.They use are cans to pick up the nasty spilled peoples stuff thats spilled and not in bags.They even found a BB gun they ran around in the yard shooting it.The items such as a neighbors tv they thru away they cared to another neighbors that was not at home and plugged it in.They throw the trash cans back and forth over and on the cars.And management dont do anything about the crappy service.
Good Experience. Always on time and never had a problem. Would love online bill pay, but other than that we haven't had a single problem.
A Horrible Company. They charge you for recycling, spill trash all over the street when they dump, and break trash cans. Having this company as my waste provider has been an abysmal experience.
My experience is very good with this company.. The pick up is quite regular. They pick up bulk items any time. If they spill, they don't pick up. What they want for recycle is not clear to me.
It's NEVER THEIR Fault!.
First, they stole my little trash cans that go in the bathroom - apparently thinking the cans were trash. Not rocket science, people.
They dumped my garbage can in my yard and driveway, leaving glass, plastic and other materials so when I returned home in the dark I promptly ran over a glass bottle at the foot of my driveway, puncturing my tire which requires a replacement. When I called to complain, they said neighborhood dogs must have gotten into the trash. They find a way out of everything. There are no loose dogs in my neighborhood because the animal control is seen multiple times daily. I have live here for more than a year and have never seen a loose dog. HEY, BUT IT AIN'T THEIR FAULT.
Archaic and backwards. Terrible customer service/relations. Not only do you pay for the service, you provide your own additional cans beyond the provided uncovered box. When they fail to pick up (50% of the time), Round Rock Refuse blames the customer. RRF is for the dark ages--find another means to keep our environment clean because RRF is NOT helping.
I have a problem.
Thank you RRR for the new trash can, first. My trouble is this sight won't let us view out bills. I have not received a bill from you all since May 2007. I have called the office there, no help. checked my mail carefully, checked with neighbors, called the Post Office, sent blind payments and don't know whether I paid too much or too little.
Do I have pick up my bill?? Will I be penalized for waiting for a bill that may not come?? HELP!! It has been too much of a 1 full year coincident.
