My meal came very late, cold, and missing food. They used to be a good restaurant but have been very bad since late 2011.

boring unsatisfying tasteless. Seriously boring tasteless overcooked Chinese food in an old dark charmless atmosphere. I read reviews on other sites looking for good Chinese when visiting Round Rock. When I got to the restaurant I just had that feeling I was about to eat bad Chinese from the look of the place, but went against my intuition based on the reviews.

Best Chinese food in West Round Rock!. They have their regular sweet and sour sauce but then they have their table/ home sweet and sour sauce which is out of this world! If you like crab rangoons then this is the place to eat at. They have large portions and a wide variety to choose from. Every Sunday I go to their buffett. It is not a huge selection but you know that the food is good quality. They continuously refill the bins to keep the food fresh and warm!

Good American-Style Chinese Takeout, Not Authentic, But Good.. Hunan Lion's the best american-style chinese takeout place I've found so far in West Round Rock. The portions are generous, the food's pretty good (maybe a little salty, depending on the dish), and the staff seem nice. It's certainly not an authentic restaurant along the lines of Din-Ho, but it'll do in a pinch.

Although it's named "Hunan Lion," it seems that a lot of the menu is actually Cantonese, featuring oyster sauces, and light stir fries. Give it a try. You'll find it better than almost every other chinese takeout place within 5 miles.
