The best in Round Rock. Pagels have been my families jeweler for years, If I would trust anyone with my diamonds it is only pagel's they are the most honost people. They do all my repairs on all our jewerly. THEY ARE THE BEST JEWERLY SHOP IN ROUND ROCK WHO CAN BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR JEWERLY. My experience with them have always been great upon satisfactory. Good People. I love this store. I understand that the folks at Pagel and Sons might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I really appreciate the comfortable atmosphere and the "absence of snootiness". I've been a resident of Round Rock for almost 30 years and they've always been my jewelers. I like them, they're good people and I trust them. I think it's nice to see the same faces everytime you walk in.

Sweeter than HONEY!. I declare that this is the cutest little shop in Round Rock Texas with the most beautiful people. I never regret walking into this little shop with my dad and seeing the smiles that I got. There was a little character in everyone and that is what this world needs. Some comments by others that I read were too crucial and not true. These idiots that spoke crucial about this little shop are nothing but bitchy woman with their thumbs up their ....get the picture! My Grandma always said if you smile and talk kindly to others you shall get it in return and that is what I got and more from the gracious people in this store. Love ya!

Cigarette smoke!. I can't believe this place is actually still in business! It smells like a smoky bar from the 70's! By the way, isn't their a smoking ordinance? It was hot inside and they left their front door open...maybe to air it out a little or maybe because they can't afford to run the AC.The sales rep reminded me of a used car salesman from a bad movie. He made very inappropriate comments to me. They made a horrible first impression and I will never return. Very uncomfortable experience. Plus, who wants to leave a jeweler smelling like cigarettes??!!!!!!

Professional, Honest, and LISTENS to the Customer. I have patronized Pagel and Sons on a number of occassions. I found the staff to be very helpful, very knowdedgeable, and listened to the customer. Not only was this my experience, but I have observed their professional and personable demeanor exhibited toward other customers as well.

I appreciate their personal attention to detail and their professional guidance in selecting jewelry. They helped me with the product I was looking for and never attempted to sell me something other than what I wanted, even if they did not have the item I was looking for. Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism are the virtues they have displayed that has won my business and my recommendation.

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered my class ring on June 13, 2006. They told me that it would be in within 3-4 weeks. I waited for 6 weeks before contacting them. They said they would call and find out about it and let me know within a week. Two weeks passed with no word for them. I went into the store and they couldn't find the receipt from my order. Finally, after waiting forever, they found it and told me they had no idea why my ring wasn't here. So, here it is, August 22, 2006 and I still have no ring. It has been 10 weeks and they still have no found it. I would NEVER recommend going to Pagel and Sons Jewelers for anything.

Great Jeweler. Took a necklace and ring repair into the store and they were friendly and completed the repairs quickly and the jewelry looks like new! Will take all my repairs to Pagel's and hope to purchase new jewelry there soon.
