Not a happy camper. Terrible customer service! I have been to the salon a couple of times now but I will not be going back after my last experience. I usually go for solid colors with the gel polish but I decided to try the french manicure with the gel polish on this last occasion. It look good when the nail technician finished but a day or so later I noticed that the polish was getting really dark and appeared to have cracks in it. I went in to let them know that I wasn't pleased with the service and would like it fixed, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. They told me that the person who did it wasn't there and no one could fix it except for him unless I was willing to pay another $30 to get it redone. When I told them, that I wasn't happy with his services and didn't want him to do them again they said that no one else could do them. They also refused to give me my money back. Needless to say, I will be going back to DK nails.

So much fun and still professional!!. The ladies at DK Nails we friendly and so much fun. They stayed open late to give us pedicures and eyebrow waxes. They offered us water and sodas. We had nail art done and it turned out beautiful!! I had them wax my eyebrows and they turned out perfect, which is really hard to do, but she took her time to make sure they were right. What impressed me the most was the customer service which is usually lacking at nail salons. These women really pampered us when they didn't have to since we showed up at 7and their sign said they close at 7. But they took us anyway and we really appreciated it. I will definitely be a regular at their salon now!
