In Short – The interior speaks of old-school elegance, with dark-wood paneling, faux library and black-and-white photographs. The dining room faces an expansive open kitchen and the sealed-off, temperature-controlled wine room reveals a floor-to-ceiling selection of wines. A seasonal special, Maryland soft-shell crab, is battered in Japanese bread crumbs. The porterhouse steak is cooked perfectly, the meat tender and gently marbled, crusted with a flavorful blend of coarse pepper and salt.
Overpriced

This place was waaaayyyy overpriced! Sullivan's has a beautiful dining area and I was very excited initially...once the poor service started, it all went downhill from there. My steak was burned to a crisp. I asked for medium and it was super well. Their "Kristy's" attempt at a salad failed. Don't charge me $8 for a baked potatoe that isn't even done! Parking was rediculous! Overall I did not have a good experience!
It was...OK

Our server was prompt and friendly and the decor lovely, however the seasoning on both my and my husband's steaks were quite salty. The filling to my steak, while good, wasn't great and there wasn't nearly as much as I'd expected. For dessert, my husband's key lime pie was fabulous but my cheesecake was merely OK and I had to ask for additional topping for it since what came with it was merely a drizzle around the edge of the plate.
Overall, the meal was OK, but certainly not worth the $100+ we paid for it. Next time we'd go back to Fleming's for the price point.
- Pros: The key lime pie is delicious
- Cons: The rest the meal was OK, but for the price should be much better
Overpriced for the food. Not impressed

This was my second time eating here. The first time was not memorable. The decor and service was very good but the food was lacking for the price. The calamari was a little soggy (oil not hot enough). The oysters were good but its hard to mess up oysters on the half shell. One of our party ordered the lobster steak special for a mere $65 the lobster was overcooked. I got the fillet with fries and a side sauce, I promptly sent it back because it was cold and so were the fries. I thought they would have just heated it on the grill but I had to wait for a new one. When it arrived everyone at the table had finished eating they fillet had been cooked on such a high heat it was charred on the outside which is not good when you order rare! I also did not get my sauce, but I had given up. The bill with wine was over $400 I wont be going back. Lamberts is still my favourite place for a steak.
- Pros: Friendly staff
- Cons: Too expensive for the quality of the food
