Love it. We recently found this place downtown and love it. After waiting for more than an hour at our regular snow cone place we needed an alternative. Each time we've been here we've been provided with numerous samples and been able to get exactly what we want. Great service and great taste.

not as good as the real Philadelphia Water Ice. Service was ok. Felt kind of rushed to make a decision on flavor. The taste does not compare to the real deal in Philadelphia either. We were able to separate the juice from the ice, which I thought wasn't possible. Well, it wasn't in Philly. But this place has no competition in Austin, so if you're hot and want something cool, and have never had the real deal, you'll like this. It's still better than snow cones.
