This is why we need your ID #. Do you wanna know what we do with your drivers license number? Nothing. But we are required to put it on there in case you come in and spend more than you should have and then call us saying someone else used your card. Well, if your license number is on there that's our way of proving that someone who looks just like you was in here with your ID and your card that night. Hmmmm..... It is for your protection too. No customer is allowed to use a card that does not match the first and last name on their ID. If you drop your card in another bar or on the street and someone picks it up and tries to use it at Logan's they won't be able to. Lastly, it is a second line of defense against minors. If for some reason a minor made it past the door with someone else's ID and then try to use their own credit card they're busted!! Really, bartenders there put up with enough, and we love our jobs, but don't give us a hard time about the ID thing. If it bothers you that much bring cash. We have an ATM machine too. Cheers!!

fun place - but ever obnoxious, and sketchy staff. This has and continues to be a fun place. Big beers, and relatively cheap drinks keep it real. However, do not let Logan's WRITE DOWN YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER ON CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS or in some book. This is a complete violation of personal identification security as defined in 48.002 Texas Business and Commerce Code, and risks putting Logan's in a Civil Suit when one of its employs walks out with that receipt. Why? Because that employee could be aiding a violation of Texas Penal Code Section 32.51. So I would suggest you folks stop doing this. Last time the bar tender literally yanked my drivers license out of my hand. Dont go here until they stop doing this. What are you guys doing with those driver's license you write down??? My barterner actually wrote it on my receipt. Sketchy.

Slider's and big beers!. Wathched the UT/Nebraska game on saturday, my friends and I had a great time!! Big beers are the bomb!! The staff was great and the service was good. Bar tenders husled to get us our drinks. The movie and video clips add to the life of the party. The food at Logan's has got to be the best bar food in town! An order of Slider's and a big beer, YEAH!! We will be back at Logan's when we come back to Austin!

Fun place to hang....entertaining. Logan's is a fun place to hang out, which is evident by the crowds. This is an entertaining bar with a real unique style. It is very rare that you get something other than loud music as an excuse for a good time. They have TV's everywhere playing music videos and break in every now and then with great movie scenes....everyone stops what they are doing and watches the funny clip. Not to mention the BIG beers, must be forty ounces. Cool place, hot girls and a real fun time, gaurenteed paty.

A classy sports bar often filled to capacity with raucous fans consuming large portions of food and beverages.. In Short
Dark wood, brass railings, 10 big-screen TVs (four of them are 61 inches wide) and a well-stocked bar attract frat boys and older businessmen. DJs morph sound effects into dead spots during games to keep the action at a fever pitch. Predictably, Logan's serves hearty bar fare, including burgers, buffalo wings and steak wraps. The beer selection is vast and varied.

Has Been.... This place used to be cool, but it seems after they got rid of the bartenders that actually brought people in to the place, it has gone down hill. The guy and girl that used to work the area of the bar when you first walked in, I think their names were beth and cody, were fast, friendly and always had people coming in to see them it seemed. I used to be a semi regular there and would always order from them, that was the area of the bar to be in. Now, half the staff looks too old to be working on 6th street, or has no clue what they are doing behind the bar and look lost. I used to come in there all the time but all my friends and I are gonna find somewhere else to go. Nothing like it used to be.

Logan's No Bueno. The waitress took literally 15 minutes to bring my beer during the UT/Rice game and the place wasn't all that crowded. The Harley Davidson looking guy working the front door one-upped that. I was sitting near the bar and two friends came in tp watch the game. There were no more bar stools around, so I went to an empty table by the front to grab a couple and the door guy said they had to stay there. I told him a couple friends just arrived and needed a place to sit but there were no more stools at the bar. He still said I couldn't use them. Since the stools I grabbed were off limits, I asked where I could get more and he replied "I don't know" and turned around. Thanks for the help moron.

Suggesting More Entertainment. Logans is fun, but it is missing the excitment that use to accumulate with the college crowds about 4yrs ago... Maybe, hire some hotter staff in cute jersey uniforms... or offer peanuts and diversify the playlist, the atomosphere has got potiential but lacking in entertainment.

Not Women Friendly. We went to Logan's to watch a baseball game and after investing over 4 innings into a game the TV's were changed to a Hockey Game. When asked why they were changed we were told the bartender did not like baseball....why is he working at a sports bar. And although we as women were watching a game, the TV's were changed because one man came in a requested it. We were also served over cooked burgers and over cooked fries. It was quite disappointing because we were regular customers that used to visit once a week. We will not be going back and I will be telling everyone not to bother with this place

This place is AWESOME. Me and some buddies were in town for the Kansas game and heard good things about this place so we decided to check it out. Beth and Cory served us all night and took good care of us...there was a large group of us but we never had to wait long for a drink, they were fast and had a good attitude. Also...the big a** beers were awesome. Will definately recommend this place to everyone.
