Ally behind bar is cleaner

Heard this was a good place to go dancing but the people were disgusting-smelly, groping on the dance floor-nasty bathroom-overpriced drinks. If you're planning on "hooking up" with someone from this club use protection-LOTS OF IT!

Disturbing atmosphere

Please save yourself the time and avoid this place at all costs.The doormen looked at me like my I.D. wasn't real and bent it in half. I'm 23 years old and appreciate looking young, but don't expect to have my things demolished. Also, I don't know about the mens room, but the womens facilities were absolutely disgusting. Spiro's is a disgrace. How they are still open is a miracle to me.
