Sophisticated mirrors and lighting create an upscale atmosphere where local 20- and 30-somethings slide into one of the many booths or leather couches. The drinks are expensive, but strong and tasty; bartenders remember regulars' usual orders. The music is supplied by an eclectic group of bartenders, so expect anything to be playing while high-end martinis are sipped.

I've been to the Star Bar a hand full of times. Each time thinking it would be better than the last time but it never happens. I do not like it. I would not recommend it.

Star Bar has poor service and the crowd is rude too. Not very comfortable... Lots of fun places around it, though.

If you like airport bars, you'll love the Star Bar. It's smaller than some airport bars and has that similar vibe, with people always looking like they are on their way somewhere. It gets a bit smokey also, which is annoying.

Parking:
Parking can be difficult, but it's easier than downtown. Start your evening here with a drink, then leave your car and stroll over to downtown to hit more clubs.
When to Go:
If you want less people and noise, go between Sunday and Wednesday, as the other nights get quite packed.
