Best experience for buying my wedding band! After many hours on-line and visits to local jewelry stores in Austin I was starting to doubt I could find something local and within 3 months of the wedding. I live downtown and knew about Krugers; however I was reluctant to visit for fear of the hard sale, huge markups and outdated designs. It got to a point where I had nothing to lose. I walked in and met Charlotte Thompson. She was genuinely sweet and reserved (very approachable), and encouraged me to take my time and look around. We started to chat and she took a chance knowing I wanted something simple, yet she pulled a gorgeous 3 sided diamond, 1 1/2 carats. I tried it on and she shared the story behind this ring; David Kruger designed it for his wife for their 40th wedding anniversary. This is not something I would have picked out, but once I tried it on I knew it was the ring. I love it! The price was not within my budget, however they were willing to negotiate to make sure I got the ring I wanted. The Krugers staff helped to ensure the fit was perfect. I went back a couple of times to review the fit and they sized it at no charge. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to go through this experience with. I would highly recommend Krugers. I was even more happy to know they are here to stay for many years. Anytime I'm around I can visit to get my rings cleaned (no charge). Oh, they even cleaned my engagement ring, which unfortunately was not purchased at Krugers.

We went to Kruger's because we wanted to change my engagement ring and re-size my wedding band which had become too small after 30 years. We could not have been more pleased with everything. We didn't have any idea exactly what we hoped to leave with. Zoe listened to us carefully and guided us expertly through all of our transactions. The new diamond ring, the re-sized wedding band, and especially the beautiful amethyst necklace that my old diamond is now a part of are everything we had hoped for and more. We were more than a little worried we could not afford what we wanted. The price for everything was well within our budget and the final products are absolutely amazing. I hope that we can purchase more jewelry with David and Zoe again soon.

Everybody at Kruger's is very helpful and willing to help in any way. David is great! Sam has always done an amazing job with my jewelry. From resizing to cleaning super glue off off my brand new ring And even recreating a ring. I will always be a customer

The jeweler, Sam, at Kruger's did an exquisite job on my Tacori setting. Tacori said that the ring could not be resized but after my finger jammed, my ring would not fit. Sam made the repair virtally undetectable. Grateful to Kruger's and Sam!!

Wow!. I have a pair of beautiful, large (2.5 carats/each) yellow diamonds. I needed them mounted in a setting that would show the beauty of the diamonds, but also be very versatile - something I could wear while running at Town Lake, lunch with friends, or to a cocktail party at night.

These earrings have been redone several times by several jewelers, and I was even in the process of trying again with a jeweler in Dallas. The settings and drawings were just never quite right. A friend of mine (with a beautiful engagement ring designed by the Kruger family) understood my frustration and suggested that I try Kruger's - was she ever correct...

Jim Kruger got it right the FIRST time! They are perfect - understated, solid, and wow.

Beautiful craftsmanship. I brought in a mixed bag of old jewelry that I didn't wear anymore and tasked Sam, the jeweler, with building me a beautiful ring. What I really appreciated is that when Kruger's called me with a quote- they provided two different options. One quote was to build it in platinum and the other was for 14k white gold. I opted to have them build it out of platinum. From the time I called them to pull the trigger on building the ring it took 9 days to finish. The final ring is BEAUTIFUL!!!! You would never know it was made from "spare parts." Sam did an amazing job with my ring. I cannot wait for my next purchase. :)

Kruger's: Repair Cost. I recently had ring repaired that was a family heirloom. I was expecting the repairs to be much more expensive than I was charged. Their service was excellent.

Amazing experience. The staff A Kruger is amazing- Zoe and Rachel are great at explaining all facets in purchasing a diamond. If you want a pleasant shopping experience I recommend Kruger, their approach un-like their competitor is genuinely warm.

GREAT Jeweler Sam. The best part about this jewelry "store" is the wonderful jeweler Sam. My fiance ordered the engagement ring and band from another company through Kruger, and the two did not match well (they were ordered separately). Everyone seemed skeptical about it being able to be fixed, but the jeweler -- who did a PERFECT job fixing it! Kruger even allowed the fix at no charge since it wasn't matched up correctly to start with.

Sam is now fixing a ring for me cosmetically, and I trust him completely. He is so knowledgeable, down to earth, and awesome!!

The saleswoman, Zoey, is also very friendly and honest - which is a great plus.

You owe it to yourself to buy with Kruger's.. Our experience with Kruger's was perfect. My husband bought me a anniversary three stone ring and while we were there, found the exact gold wedding bands that we married with. My diamond ring was exactly what I wanted and I got to meet the man that was going to size it. They were so helpful and determined to get my ring just right. It is so beautiful!!

Kruger's has an array of jewelry and goodies for everyone, I found about 10 items I wanted!!LOL. The staff is beyond superb in customer service alone. I am a 4th generation Austinite and Kruger's gives service old school Austin.

I can't say enough about this company, I could gush on for hours about my experience.

Make sure you pet the cat that is either in the windows with the diamonds or curled up in oneof the leather chairs, as a cat lover myself, this just made our shopping all the better.

You can't go wrong here, you will be treated with respect, personalized customer service and a gorgeous piece of jewelry.
