Fantastic Work, Great People. I had my wedding set done at Krugers a couple of years ago and have been using them for all of my jewelry needs ever since.

They are always incredibly helpful, they remember you when you come in, and their work is impeccable. I most recently had my wedding set refurbished. Sam, their jeweler, is very talented. He also called me to tell me what work was needed and made me feel like he cared about my rings as much as I did. He did an amazing job, and my rings absolutely look like new.

Elizabeth is also very nice. She always seems excited to talk to you about your jewelry, and she listens to and tries to find solutions for any problems you're having.

I doubt I would trust my things to anyone else in Austin.

Austin's Best Jeweler. Kruger's has always been my jewelry store of choice because of my longstanding friendship with David, however I, generally deal with Jennifer Crews, although if she is not in everyone else is very helpful. Jennifer always knows what I have bought in the past, and what I like and don't like. I recently needed a ring for my wife's birthday, and it had to be specially made. Jennifer patiently worked with us to come up with the design and Sam Cisneros made the ring to perfection.

My wife is happy, so I am happy. You can't go wrong with Kruger's.

Getting a watchband replaced while on vacation. I was in Austin on vacation with a watch with a broken band. Just before heading to the airport I decided to give Kruger's a try at fixing it. I went in and got immediate, thorough help and a great band that looked a lot better than the old, broken one. The staff was friendly and conversational and made sure I didn't sit on a cat curled up on a chair. I was in and out in a jiffy with plenty of time to get to the airport. I would definitely use Kruger's again.

Austin's Best Jeweler. I just want to thank Wyatt and the rest of the jewelers at Kruegers for such great customer service. Wyatt really helped me every step of the way, giving me advice and had no problem meeting my deadline. The ring he helped me with is absolutely perfect for my gal. Plus--even though I didn't know the right jewelry lingo--he knew exactly what I was talking about! Can't say enough about how well I was taken care of. My fiance and I are going back to get our wedding bands through them.

Best in Town. My wife and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary this year (2010.) We had our original rings made by another Austin jeweler and were very dissatisfied. Agreeing to have our rings remade, we struggled to find a jeweler we could trust. Upon receiving a gift card to Krueger's Jewelers from the Central Texas Blood and Tissue Center, I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did, David Kruger was wonderful to work with. He and his staff went out of their way to not only offer great customer service but they also made sure I was satisfied with the final product. Upon giving my wife the ring I wished to give her the first time, the joy in her eyes was glorious. Thank you David, I tip my hat to you and your staff and would recommend everyone in town to your store.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!. i'm new to austin and decided to give kruger's a try (because i love their exterior and signage!) and am so happy i did!

i only needed a ring guard but jen and larry treated me as well as if i was making a big purchase - jewelry needs maintenance and upkeep (appraisals, checking prongs, ring guards, etc.) so it's good to know there's a shop here that will help you with ALL your jewelry needs!

highly recommend kruger's - nice, friendly, honest staff!

We love Kruger's!. We dealt primarily with Rachel, who couldn't have helped us more. There was absolutely no pressure or sense of urgency. Rachel worked with us until we found what was perfect for us. I will recommend Kruger's to anyone I know looking for engagement rings or any other jewelry. Best in Austin!. Very simply the best! My fiance worked closely with Zoe and Sam to build an incredible custom engagement ring. After the proposal, I had to go to the store and meet with the people who made my dream ring a reality.

Zoe and Sam were fantastic, so friendly and so excited for me. And, since, the side-stones for my ring are so rare, the entire staff knew the whole story of me and my fiance, including the owner! Everyone who works there is incredible, they really understand how exciting this moment is. I very literally felt like a princess.

Additionally, they had no issue working with a center-stone diamond that my fiance had previously purchased from a wholesaler. They treated him just as if he had bought the diamond from their stock, and they worked quickly to find a pair of matching side-stones that he had requested, even though they had never heard of them before.

I love that we purchased from a local Austin business, instead of a chain, and I will be returning there to work on a wedding band for my husband-to-be.

I have to say a special thank you again to Zoe and Sam for the dedication, patience, and beauty of my ring. Truly a dream come true for me, and without you both it would not have been the same! Thank you so very much!

Great Jewlery Store. I walked into the Krueger Jewelry store over a year ago. I had a loose diamond and needed it to be set for my soon to be wife (she knew what she exactly what she wanted). I first met with David, the owner; I had pictures and diagrams of ‘the ring.’ He helped me with a possible ring. I told him I would think about it.

When I returned the next week, the ring was still there and David introduced me to Zoe. She is awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. So helpful that when we went to look at my possible wedding band my fiancé decided this was the place to get the ring.

Thanks Zoe for all your help and making us feel welcome.

Tip: Don’t forget to pet Mariposa the cat when there.

Amazing experience. We have had many visits to Kruger's over the past couple of months as we purchased all three of our wedding rings there. My fiance had my engagement ring there and it was absolutely perfect. Just what I wanted! When we went back to find my band and his, I got to meet Zoe who was super helpful right from the start. She took a great deal of time on many different visits to explain things to us and help us make a decision without being pushy as some other stores had been. We always felt comfortable with her and she even remebered us each time we came in. She always made us feel welcome and really knows her stuff. We both ended up with beautiful bands that we love and can't wait to finally put them on in a week at our wedding. Thanks so much to Zoe and David and Kruger's. You guys are the best!
