What started many years ago in a tiny storefront, on a then ghost-town-like Congress Avenue, has grown considerably and is now a part of a bustling downtown scene. Bins are filled with tchotchkes of the smallest kind: wooden bugs, saints on mirrors and Jesus in a tiny bottle. Further back, pause at the jewelry counters filled with silver and stones of every hue. Then the fabrics: dresses, blouses, skirts and shirts all begging for afternoons sipping margaritas on verandas.
