Austin's Best Flowers!. I have never been disappointed from the flowers I have received from the Enchanted Florist. Every time I go into the store I am greeted with the friendly staff and feel like an important customer. I have had flowers delivered out of town and they always find the perfect flower shop to do the job. This Valentine's Day my boyfriend got a full bouquet of different flowers and I have never been more pleased. I will always use this flower shop as long as I am in Austin. Thank you Enchanted for making some great arrangements!

Prettiest Flowers!. After trying a few other florists in the area and ending up unsatisfied, I tried the Enchanted Florist. They sent the most beautiful arrangement to my friend. The flowers were fresh and lasted a long time and the arrangement was unique and wasn't full of carnations and daisies like other places I had tried. They will definitely be my florist for sending flowers in Austin! I highly recommend them to anybody that needs flowers!

Successful Valentines!. I ordered an arrangement of roses with a teddy bear for my girlfriend on Valentines' Day only 24 hours before the actual holiday! I was pretty nervous but she got them at her work that morning and needless to say she was incredibly pleased. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs quick, reliable, and quality service! Thanks again!!!!

Overcharged me for an order-not what I ordered.. Friday, I ordered an arrangement for a friend in the hospital. I asked for a small whimsical white arrangement, with a white bow. I wanted just yellow daisies and babies breath. I told them my budget was $40.00. They delivered the arrangement and it was awful. It had 3 white lilies and some ugly yellow filler flowers in it. Not only was it not the arrangement I asked for, but they overcharged me by $20.00. My total for 3 lilies and some ugly yellow filler flowers was $60.00 Since I ordered these from out of town, they simply charged my account for whatever amount they wanted to charge me for. I did call the manager and tell her that I was disappointed in the arrangement, and she said she felt as if i had gotten my moneys worth. I just looked at my bank account and found out what they charged me and I will be calling them tomorrow to get a reimbursement. I would not send anyone I know to use this florist. Enchanted Florist in Austin Texas is a rip off.

Don't Order Flowers or Potted Plants!. I have received flowers from Enchanted Florist as gifts a few times. Arrangements are pretty but flowers are usually old and do not last long. I received a beautiful orchid via mail and they sent it soaking in a plastic bag without any care instructions. Orchids need to be dry- so, all of the leaves turned yellow and the flowers fell off right away, i asked an orchid specialist and he said they obviously knew nothing about orchids to be sending them like that. I called enchanted florist to see if they would replace the costly gift that they damaged and they refused. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will NEVER get flowers from them again!

Fraudsters. I ordered from the FTD website and upgraded to the "Best" version of the bouquet (19 stems) to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. A couple of days later I visited the hospital and was horrified at what I saw! What Enchanted Florist delivered was a pathetic little clump of flowers containing 4 stems -- that's HALF the amount of what even the BASE version was supposed to contain (8 stems). They were supposed to deliver 19 stems, but delivered 4. This florist didn't just misread the order and deliver the wrong version, they intentionally shorted the design. The didn't even deliver the up-sell balloon that I paid for!!

To make matters worse, they are non-responsive to FTD; lying that they delivered what was ordered -- hard to believe in the era of cell-phone cameras that they think they can get away with such lies! FTD made it right, but had to get a DIFFERENT florist to deliver the correct bouquet!

This is nothing more than intentional fraud. Steer clear of these scammers!

Tasteful arrangement. I had an arrangement done on 24 hours notice. When I picked it up, it was nicely executed and appropriate for the occasion. It certainly met expectations but did not exceed expectations. I felt that, for the flowers included in the arrangement, it was overpriced by about 15%.

Nice flowers, average value. Had a flower arrangement delivered and while flowers were nice and fragrant, I thought the arrangement was quite small for the cost. The person on the phone described the arrangement as 1 - 1 1/2 ft, but in reality the flowers stand maybe 10 inches high and do not take up the whole vase. Seems like this is a great place if money is no object, otherwise you might get better value elsewhere.

Beautiful Flowers!. Enchanted florist did my wedding bouquets and corsages. I couldn't be happier. I went in there with a general idea, more like a feeling, of what I wanted, and they achieved it perfectly! I took some ribbon that matched my dress and asked if they could wrap it around the flowers. On the wedding day when I saw the bouquet I couldn't even believe it, the ribbon was wrapped beautifully and they had added little pearls! It turned out above and beyond what I could have expected!

Best wedding decoration. A friend highly recommend to my fiance this place. She was RIGHT. We did not have to do anything. The owner personally arrange everything for us. GREAT JOB and EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL.
