Parking NIGHTMARE

The Erwin Center has been around a long time, itneeds a face lift. Parking is horid. My husband is disabled, we went to a show and could not find parking except in the garage 3 blocks away, all because they had blocked the "handicapped" parking off. When we asked about it we were told "You don't think you are too good to walk, do you?" Also, the No Refunds or Exchanges policy sucks. Someone else picked up our tickets and they were not accessable tickets. We could not exchange them.
- Pros: good sound system, good lighting
- Cons: poor parking, rude employees, no exchanges
