COLD Beer and Friendly Staff. Pretty much by accident a friend and I dropped into Pete's on our way back from lunch from East Side Pies. Sitting there we struck up a conversation with Mary - Pete's wife as it turns out. Pete has past but Mary has keep the bar open as it is a fav of the neighborhood and now - mine. I sat there with my friend for a few hours - the place was relaxing, cozy and the BEER WAS FREAKING COLD. We found out that Mary makes an extra trip back to the bar each night to make sure tomorrow beer gets to stay overnight in the cooler. AND IT'S CHEAP. If you have not been there you have to try it out - if your lucky you'll get to meet Mary.
