Best Body Work in Austin Texas. I love this place. The guys at Austin Body Works are the nicest and honest people. If you have any body work that needs done this is the place to go.

***Best Repair Place****. I love Austin Body Works. My first experience with their business was as a college student - After a fender bender my Dad recommended that I take my car to at least 3 repair shops before having it fixed. Austin Body Works? estimate was half that of the other two. That was over 2 years ago and I never hesitate to take it by if I think there?s an issue with my car. Stan is genuine and helpful, and won?t suggest any repairs that aren?t necessary. It seems that when looking for a repair place, everyone tells you they?ve, ?got a guy? implying the service price will be reduced because you know someone. At this business you don?t have to ?know a guy? - they?re fair and honest with everyone.

These guys are the best. Period.. O.k. - I'm not any kind of expert on cars or body work, so when I need to use a repair shop, I never know what to expect. I have dealt with Austin Body Works 3 times now, and I always get 100% honest, dependable quality service. Yesterday, I scraped the side of my car on a dumpster. Today, Franco buffed all the scratches out of the paint and touched it up - the car looks brand new. These guys are organized, the shop is clean, you can always reach them on the phone, they always know what's going on with your claim and your repairs - basically, this is a well-run, honest, reliable body shop that does quality work. I recommend them to my friends every chance I get.

Treats you like family. If you need body work done to one of you vehicles, this is the place to bring you car/truck! The team at Austin Body Works care about their customers. This will be the 4th time that I use Austin Body Works to repair my car & through my 4 car wrecks I wouldn't want to take my car to anyone else.

Today I was in a fender bender. Stan & Ryan took the time out of the slammed schedule to take a look at my car so that they could get a head start on what they will need to fix it. Because they care about their customers so much they are trying to work me into their over booked schedule due to the fact that they felt my car was not very safe to drive with the damage it took on!! Unbelievable! I've never had customer service that made me feel like a part of their family, & thats how they make me feel, important.

I trust these guys with my care. I know they will do the work right & in a timely manner. I highly recommend Austin Body Works to everyone.

Excellent Work!. I wanted to thank the staff of Austin Body Works for all the hard work invested in repairing my Volkswagen Beetle. I was SO happy to get her back and was pleasantly surprised on how great she looked. Thank you again for all your hard work, I really appreciate it! Wishing you continued success!

Thank You!. We want to thank you for the excellent repair work that was done on our car. I especially want to thank you for taking care of of my concerns in regards to our insurance company giving a different quote for repair than what your estimate was. Thanks again to your staff. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone that needs repair done on their car. In fact, I have bragged on you when someone comments about the work done.

Worse than when they started. Terrible. Was an approved state farm body shop and close to dwntwn. Unfortunately they screwed up more on my car than they fixed. Had it for over 2 months waiting on a part, way past my allowed rental time. Painted the part the wrong color once they got it. Scratched my clear coat in two different places applying factory decals. Left glue residue all over car. Back window still leaks even after they piled on an exorbinant amount of calking around it (there idea of trying to fix a leak) Applied decals offcenter. SFarm inspector said the job was the worse he had seen and pointed out numerous other paint inperfections all over the car. State Farm even allowed the job to be finished at another shop the effort was so bad. You know for the crooks at an insurance co to admit their vendor was not acceptable was no small feat.
